Hutcheson Gallery: 'Weight of Play' Exhibit is in the past.

Lipscomb University's John C. Hutcheson Gallery presents “The Weight of Play,” an art exhibit featuring work by local artists Amelia Briggs, director of the Nashville’s David Lusk Gallery; Douglas Degges, an artist and educator at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois; and Carri Jobe, co-director of the SeedSpace and Locate Arts; Jan. 22 through March 8.

An opening reception featuring Briggs, Degges and Jobe will be held on Monday, Jan. 22 from 6-8 p.m. in the Hutcheson Gallery, which is located in the John D. Hughes Center. This event is free and open to the public.

The Hutcheson Gallery is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be open Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., however, hours may vary during scheduled events. The Hutcheson Gallery is best accessible from the Belmont Boulevard entrances to campus.
